Ben was not the best realtor for us. We left the house sale to him- moved to Florida- he knew we were out of state. It should not matter since somethings are done by phone or computer. We should have interviewed people nearby (that should not matter) he lived in Chandler and house was for sale in Surprise. That said, he didn't go to the house often- especially when the HOA said there were 3 violations . I asked him if he could take care of these violations and he said "that was something he didn't do" ! He gave me one name of a guy in which I called and texted AND never heard from him. Ben left it in my hands. I was sick at the time and could do very little but I managed to get two people to take care of the violations. His communication was so poor that I had the title company calling me for answers. The title company and I were communicating a few times to get this house sold- I felt I was working for Ben!! He went as far as to give us access to the MLS, and told us several times to make sure you drive the areas before I show the home to you. He did show us several homes, so no issue there, but be prepared to do your own leg work and find your own home.

Ben is very thorough about the real estate transaction process, and very responsive. He is great to work with. In this case, Ben represented a buyer to go through the repair list. After all repairs were completed, I forgot to check the repairs done by the last handyman. I only checked the items done by first contractor and I sent out without reviewing it. Ben carefully read through and questioned about it. We all know that buying/selling houses is all about details and patience. Ben certainly has detail orientation and patience for what it takes.
